The company has taken advantage of the Real Estate crush in 2008, and has bought directly from local banks (short sales) desirable single family homes. The company has “cherry picked” each and every asset to comprise a high quality Portfolio which provides high steady yields at low risk. The company has managed to refinance the units several times and is soon to sell the Portfolio as a yielding asset.
